Exciting opportunity for an experienced Hydraulic Sales Director/Manager to join a well-established, yet still expanding, company based in Peterborough. This role combines consulting, specifying and selling products within an industrial sector; working with existing and new market leading clients. Six figure OTE being offered as well as car, benefits and relocation package.
Due to continued expansion of the business we wish to appoint a Director – Industrial Hydraulics to focus on the operational management of the business with responsibility for account management, business development, engineering services and technical support.
The successful candidate will be required to work with an established base of UK and International customers and will be expected to develop business with them and create new business opportunities. Ideally applicants would have a strong technical background in hydraulic engineering with the ability to provide engineering solutions tailored to individual customer needs. They would be ambitious, confident, self-motivated and would demonstrate strong leadership skills.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate and will be commensurate with the experience of the individual.
Benefits include: – £50,000 – 60,000 basic salary – Bonus (approximately £100K OTE) – Company Car – Benefits – Relocation package also available.
